Vulcan Anti-Life Orbital Ship

Vulcan Anti-Life Orbital Ship, also known as VALOS is a space superweapon. It allows you to bombard a nation's city for 15 HP, with a 1 in 6 (1d6) chance to to completely destroy it and make it uninhabitable. Uninhabitable tiles will automatically destroy cities, lasting for a week. It's very expensive (1.000.000.000 GC) and requires Chrome, Cobalt and Iron, and a VATROS. Enemy force of 10 ARVs can destroy this space tech. Before taking damage, it destroys 5 ARVs. As it's name suggests, it uses vulcan cannons to eradicate nations. It takes 3x1 or 1x3 squares on Orbital Area. It takes 2x4 (4x2) tiles.
